						As of April 5, 2016,
						Dohtonbori became the first Okonomiyaki chain in Japan
						to switch to using 100% domestically grown vegetables. 
						The switch to 100% domestically grown vegetables is
						good news, but at the same time,
						we must apologize for not having done so earlier. 
We are sorry.
					Dohtonbori hereby makes a pledge:

						with ingredients from known origins of production.
